BBT Fitness is located at 8432 Old Statesvlle Charlotte, NC Suite 200. We are about 3 minutes from NorthLake Mall, 8 Minutes from UNC CHarlotte and 10 minutes from Uptown Charlotte.

How do you accept payments?

How do you accept payments?

BodyByT Fitness uses Mindbody billing and invoicing to effectively handle all of our billing soultions. We only accept Credit/Debit Cards or ACH Billing Information for payment options. Cash is only accepted if training program is paid in full.
What are the times that you open?

What are the times that you open?

All of BodyByT Training Schedule can be found  in the “Services Page” on our BodyByT Fitness APP.  Our normal training sessions are 9am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 9pm,  with 6am sessions on select mornings. We also offer Saturday morning sessions. Please refer to our training schedule for exact times.

What is the average cost of your programs?

What is the average cost of your programs?

BodyByT Fitness was created with affordability and value in mind.  Our average client pays between $90 to $350 in monthly training cost, which is well below the national average. We also offer college discounts and low cost services for our clients.
Do your training programs have any commitments to them?

BodyByT Fitness offers 4, 8, 12, and 16 month commitments for our clients to choose from.  Our clients know that this is not an overnight process and we set our training programs to meet our clients needs.

Depending on the training style of the program, our clients experience individualized training in the small groups.  FitCamp programs are designed to fit the clients body goal;  while BootCamp programs are trained through a WOD ( Workout of the Day) module. However, progressions and regressions can be given for all clients.

Body by T Fitness doesn’t believe in limiting our clients success by capping training sessions. That’s why we provide our clients unlimited training sessions. Body by T Fitness is typically opened Mon-Sat

BodyByT Fitness provides nutrition solutions with  all of our programs. Meal Plans, Nutrition Guides and Nutrition FAQ’s are all offered through our training sessions. We understand that fitness without nutrition is like a car with no gas… it can’t move

BodyByT Fitness has trained accountability coaches who stand ready to help all of our clients.  Clients in the High Performance Training Program receive a personal accountability coach to assist them in their fitness goals.

One of the best advantages of training with BodyByT Fitness is that our training sessions are small in size.  Fitcamp and High Performance Training usually range from 4 to 8 people and caps at 10.
