WHO WE ARE – OUR BRAND STORY
Our business started in the basement of UNC Charlotte’s gym, and was founded on the idea of offering affordable fitness to those in the college and young professionals in the community.
Our training philosophy is built on having coaches, not trainers. So, the difference? A trainer affects a client for the 1 hour they train with them, while a coach affects the other 23 hours of the day because fitness is a lifestyle.
Here at BodyByT Fitness, our staff are all Strength & Conditioning coaches. This separates us from other programs because we design comprehensive, independent training programs designed to help you develop independence beyond the gym.

Our staff understands the importance of fitness and nutrition education. Most of our clients come to our programs never having worked in an organized strength and conditioning program. With our programs, we teach both fitness fundamentals, as well as nutrition fundamentals.

Personal Training is expensive. No really, personal training can be really expensive.
With the national average cost $52.00 an hour, we found that most college and young professionals could not afford to get the training they needed.
Hence, BodyByT was designed to give people affordable training that is effective with longterm results.
Our philosophy is built around 2 things, consistency and hard work… oh and lifting heavy… that too! We’re not going to sugarcoat it, we hit it hard in the gym and while it may not always be pretty, we condition our clients with the mindset of champions. Why? Because fitness is 100% mental. You can achieve anything you want if you make it important enough. Although our clients may complain from time to time, they never quit, never give up, and always get the job done.

From our coaching accountability sessions to Skype sessions, we make sure that our clients stay on track. Our regimens consist of the latest strength and cardio research and our tested protocols ensure that all of our clients can see results in 30 days or less!!! So while your friends may be doing the latest YouTube routine, you’ll be well on your way to achieving your goal in a fraction of the time.

Bootcamps were made with two thoughts in mind: affordability and effectiveness. We aim to make fitness affordable, so we offer our coveted Group Fitness classes. These classes run 6 days a week at convenient times; and are unlimited once you sign-up, making fitness easy and accessible.

Are you finally serious about getting fit and want to be pushed in a way you’ve never been pushed before? If so, BBT Fit Camp is right for you. Fit Camp is our version of personal training, but with better results. Studies have proven that working in small groups has been an integral part of getting you going and keeping you coming back.
BBT High Performance
High Performance Training is our top tier program . HPT offers our clients a program that combines high instensity training and a nutrition program. It is designed to help our clients train at a high level and get the maximum results they aim to achieve.
