The High Performance Fat Loss Program is designed to assist individuals in reprograming their approach to weightloss. Our program focuses on incorperating change psychologically in every action of a HPF client’s journey. Make no mistake, this IS NOT a fast fat loss program, but rather a program built on producuing consistent, defined progress. Clients in this program can expect to lose to 100lbs in a year or 15 to 20% body fat percentage. However, this program only accepts serious clients who are willing to do whatever it takes to achieve their weightloss goals.

Frequenlty Asked Questions

How long is High Performance Sessions?

BBT High Performance Training Athletes train during FitCamp sessions , which are designed to be 60 to 75 minute strength and conditioning training mintues. Currently training is held at 9 AM, 5 PM, 6 PM, and 9 PM in an open styled training setting. The Warm Up period starts at 5 minute before training starts and each training sessions offically starts 5 minutes after the hour.

 

What can I expect with BBT FItcamp

BBT Fitcamp Athletes can expect to be challenged everyday by a trained, proffesioanl coaching staff. BBT Fitcamp is designed to be our athletes training home as they reach their fitness goals.

How often are client assessments ?

Client assessments are made once a month on the first of the month. Clients progress pictures are taken as well Body fat and body measurements are completed by the BBT Staff upon request. Clients may choose to opt out of any BBT Client assessment.

 

How fast can I see results on Fitcamp?

BBT FitCamp is designed to move at clients pace for their program. While each client will progress differently and results may differ, BBT Fitcamp is excellent choice for those looking for consistent results,  guided training and a positive environment to  grow in during their fitness journey. 

 

What if I can't make it the session?

In the event, if you not able to make a BBT Bootcamp, all programs are avaible on the Body by T Fitness apps with videos explanations of indivual exercises. You may also communicate with your coach through our app for any other additional instructions .
